Revised Review: Love My Charger!

I feel bad; I was asked to write a review Aug6 but hadn’t received my item yet (and had to indicate a Star so I gave it a one star); received my charger yesterday; came with 3/4 charge so was able to test it right away.. charged my iPhone using the USb-C cable nicely then I recharged the unit quite quickly; it is a great size and weight; i was looking for a smaller/lighter one for backpacking/hiking and this fits the bill perfectly!

20000mAh Portable Power Bank with Built-in Cables

Soon as i unwrapped the product I could see i had made a mistake in buying it. Looked sketchy to say the least and after fully charging it i discovered that the built in cables do not work to charge a device. In my case the USB c type to charge my android device. I am currently in negotiations with the company to get a full refund.

20000mah is misleading because its calculated at a lower voltage than you use. This “20000mah” power bank has a smaller capacity than my small 5000mah power bank. 100w is also misleading. Its difficult to read the specs on the back but nothing is even close to 100w. My other power banks will charge my digital camera but this one doesn’t. They just said the voltage might not match.
